While troubleshooting integration broker issues, information you view in the process monitor log may not provide all the needed information to identify the issue. You can access the integration broker message and error logs through browser for more information about the messages sent and error messages.
You can view the message and error logs through below URL's
http//server:port/PSIGW/msgLog.html for the message log
http//server:port/PSIGW/errorLog.html for the error log
File names msgLog.html and errorLog.html of the HTML files are case sensitive.
If you are unable to view the files verify the values of ig.messageLog.filename and ig.errorLog.filename for filenames in integrationGateway.properties file.
