One of the most common key control a PeopleSoft developer will be using is Control + J to look for information of the Menu, Component, Page details in PIA. If you are using Google Chrome to access your PeopleSoft application then Control + J key control doesn't work as expected. This is Chrome has defined this key control (Control + J) to bring up the download page.
Below are the alternative key control to look for information of the Menu, Component, Page details while you are using the Chrome browser to access the PeopleSoft PIA.
1. First press and hold J then press CTRL and release J.
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+J Twice.
